Find out if this obligation also applies to you.<\/p><p>Environmental report concerns:<\/p><ul><li>a company that uses a company car,<\/li><li>people practicing medicine as part of individual or specialist practice<\/li><li>inland fishing,<\/li><li>gas station<\/li><li>manufacturing activities,<\/li><li>housing cooperative,<\/li><li>entities whose activities cause dust and gas emissions, including greenhouse gas emissions.<\/li><\/ul><p>Moreover, natural persons who are not entrepreneurs also pay fees for the use of the environment when a permit is required to release substances or energy into the environment and a water permit for water abstraction is required. Bank account numbers are posted on the websites of the Marshal&#8217;s Offices.<\/p><p>The environmental fee is paid to the account of the Marshal&#8217;s Office competent for the place where the environment is used. These include:<\/p><ul><li>a list containing information and data on the types and volumes of gas or dust emissions released into the air and the amounts of fees due,<\/li><li>KOBIZE reports<\/li><li>VOC balance<\/li><li>declaration of the entity obliged to pay fees for water services in order to determine the amount of the variable fee for groundwater abstraction,<\/li><li>PRTR report<\/li><li>report on products, packaging and waste management arising from them,<\/li><li>report on waste generated and waste management.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-859bc36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"859bc36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Emission permit<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d121c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d121c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>An emission permit allows energy and substances to be released into the atmosphere from the installation. It is issued by the Starosta, the Mayor of the City, the Voivodeship Marshal, and in closed areas, such as railway or military areas, by the Regional Director of Environmental Protection. It is important to remember that not every installation requires such a permit.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7454d39 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7454d39\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">KOBIZE Report<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f6533e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f6533e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>We also attach the KOBiZE report to the main report, which is run by the National Center for Emission Balancing and Management. It is submitted in the Product and Packaging Database (BDO) system. Entrepreneurs must submit them by March 15 each year, after the end of the calendar year.<\/p><p>The report is submitted to the voivodeship marshal responsible for the headquarters of the enterprise introducing packaged products, such as oils, lubricants, pneumatic tires, batteries, portable accumulators, as well as electrical and electronic equipment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c060f86 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c060f86\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Report on waste generated and waste management<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3372205 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3372205\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The report is submitted to the marshal&#8217;s office competent for the place where waste is produced, collected and processed.<\/p><p>We send all the above reports to the voivodeship marshal via the BDO database. Annual reports on waste generated and its management are submitted on the basis of waste record cards.<\/p><p>The BDO database contains information on the entrepreneur&#8217;s settlements related to the use of the environment in a given calendar year, including receivables related to educational campaigns.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bc3ab4f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bc3ab4f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">PRTR Report<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ddd97c2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ddd97c2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The annual PRTR report is submitted electronically after gaining access to the account at the Provincial Inspectorate of Environmental Protection. This applies to entities operating installations covered by at least one type of activity specified in Annex 1 to Regulation 166\/2006, which exceed certain efficiency thresholds.<\/p><p>A PRTR report is required if the releases or transfers thresholds set out in Art. 5 and in Annex I to Regulation 166\/2006.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7ffa0c8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7ffa0c8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">How long should documents be kept?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b2a8580 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b2a8580\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The documents on the basis of which the reports are prepared are kept for 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year to which they relate.
